What type of injuries could be sustained by the person being taken to the ground in a real life situation
amazing content and instruction!
Suddenly I love the color blue. 😮💨🩵🍑
Nice! 🍑🔥
🍑🔥 the fact that this video is silent is even better!
First, the assumption is that you're that flexible. And second, why do wrestlers all look alike?
We really appreciate you coaches👏
Great video and instruction but hearing a fellow Aussie call Craig "creg" was more painful than a heelhook
Many thanks, mate.
yooo a rare craig jones uke
Thank you!
So simple and yet so effective. Always do the basics. I love this!
Muy buena y efectiva
I will be researching this material

How do you break or pass reverse close guard? Asking for several friends. 😁
I have a question. Why don't you take out their eyes. This is a combat situation isn't it?
BJJ is a combat sport, and eye gouging is against the rules. Also, practitioners spar full-contact in BJJ, and eye gouging isn't really something you can do during training.
@@SuperAkanoob Thanks I realize now it was a pretty dumb question.
@@monyafeek101 No worries, it's understandable. For example: a martial art like Krav Maga, which is designed purely for self-defense, would actually train things like attacks on the opponents eyes. It's a reasonable misconception if you aren't quite sure of the difference.
Thank you!
Beautiful timing and execution!
Your channel needs more activity from viewers. Absolute gems!
Sorry im confused you ended with squaring the hips in half guard, how do we knee cut, i see a leg pummel to side control
Very good to see you actually using it in sparring - make a huge difference and bridges that big gap between theory and reality.
That Craig guy looks like he has potential just needs to hit the weights.
Would this work for mma
#2 is very slick
What if prospect punches on the b*lls?
